The story
VW Golf 2 1991, Original 8v 2.0 Engine. Bought those two cars from Germany. This MK2 and 1992 Passat Wagon VR6 – Donor car. Did the Engine swap, ABS system with 5 bolts brake system swap and Corrado dash. Then few Years later Turbocharged. Currently the car is located in Europe.
Engine upgrades
Garrett Turbo, Tail Wastgate , Forge DV valve, injectors, custom software, 040 fuel pump, Forged low compression pistons, ARP Head stud kit, intercooler, oil cooler with thermo plate, catch can, Stage 3+ Spec clutch.
The drivetrain
Currently running with 6 speed TDI transmission with LSD differential. With OEM Axels, still running OK. Front Brembo calipers from BMW 740i and TT 312mm front rotors. Polyurethane engine mounts and control arm bushings.
Future plans
4motion system install, dog box transmission, sequential manual transmission gear shift mechanism, then upgrade the Engine for more power.
